We’re supporting a global insurance organisation undergoing a major, multi-year technology and transformation programme across its London Market operations. This is a senior, hands-on Project Manager role, leading complex IT delivery across systems, data, and underwriting/claims workflows.
What you’ll be working on:
- Claims automation across multi-carrier / syndicated insurance models
- AI-driven solutions interpreting legal and regulatory documentation
- Large-scale data migration into modern policy administration platforms
- Transformation of underwriting and operational workflows
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of complex IT and transformation projects
- Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Working closely with development, QA, architecture and data teams
- Overseeing system implementations, integrations, and data migration
- Managing vendors and third-party delivery partners
- Driving stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years Project Management experience within insurance
- Strong experience delivering PAS, integration or data programmes
- Exposure to underwriting, claims or policy admin transformation
- Hands-on experience working with Dev & QA teams
- Proven delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments
- Experience managing technical delivery (not just business change)
- Experience with Guidewire or similar platforms highly desirable
