We are partnered with a very well-established and global business who are seeking a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to work closely with the Company Secretary.
- Managing processes including Regulatory Application process for the NEDs and the Subsidiary Accounts process.
- Experience as a Company Secretarial professional within Financial Services (ideally Insurance) and working in a regulated environment.
- Provision of board and committee support including minute taking.
- Liaising and building relationships with directors and senior management.
- Ideally a Chartered Company Secretary.
