I am working with a leading London Market firm seeking an Actuarial Analyst (Pricing) to join their Specialty Personal lines function. This role will be a mixture of pricing and technical actuarial work - an excellent opportunity for someone with a personal lines pricing background, seeking a future in the London Market. There would be a requirement to be in the London office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist underwriters with pricing support.
- Aid in developing and maintaining pricing models and management information (MI) monitoring tools.
- Support governance of rating models by conducting user testing and managing documentation.
Requirements:
- Skilled in extracting and transforming data for actuarial analysis and management information (MI) reporting, utilising SQL, R, Python, or similar tools.
- Pricing experience, ideally in consumer products (e.g., motor, pet, travel, home).
- Strong interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
