About the Role We've partnered with a growing insurance brokerage, who are looking for a Company Accountant to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll support the financial reporting for our international holding entities and help drive automation and standardisation across expense and cash processes. Position: Holding Company Accountant – FTC Location: London (3 days office based) Key Responsibilities Month-end processes: journal postings, reconciliations (expenses, accruals, payroll, VAT, bank recs) Collaborate with Group Finance (US), AP, payroll, tax, and treasury to ensure accurate accounting Review and assess accounting treatment under UK GAAP and US GAAP Proactively improve processes and controls Support the development of Workday and enhance system control processes Assist with ad hoc finance projects About You 3–4 years’ relevant experience Part-qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent) Experience preparing, reviewing, and reconciling journals and accounts Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Experience with Workday is a plus (not essential) What They Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Positive and collaborative team culture in a fast-growing business Opportunity to work in a global organisation undergoing rapid expansion The Process Two-stage interview process with the Financial Controller and senior stakeholders.
