Do you enjoy gardening and have experience of garden work? If you would like to support the Alan Hudson Day Treatment Centre in maintaining the garden area and are comfortable working proactively with minimal supervision, why not join us as a volunteer Gardener?

Responsibilities:

  • General maintenance of the garden such as weeding, pruning, and deadheading, using your own tools.
  • Sweeping paths to ensure the area is free of obstacles for patients.
  • Advising the team on how best to maintain the gardens alongside the volunteer Head Gardener.

Terms:

  • Hours: Flexible, 2‑3 hours weekly or fortnightly, dependent on the season.
  • Salary: Not applicable.
  • Contract: Not applicable.
  • Location: PE13 3AB.
