Arthur Rank Hospice Charity’s Retail team in Sawston is hiring a Deputy Hub Manager to lead the Retail Hub and Outlet. This 35-hour-per-week role includes weekend shifts and will focus on driving income, managing stock donations, and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service.
You will work closely with the Retail team to meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.
