Arthur Rank Hospice Charity is entering an exciting phase of growth and innovation and we are looking for our next

Marketing & Communications Officer .

Our Fundraising & Communications team bridges the Outstanding-rated care that our skilled and passionate colleagues provide with the wider public, demonstrating how their contributions enable us to make every moment count.

As Marketing & Communications Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, working across the charity.

This role provides specialist marketing expertise, manages communication channels and performance, and uses insight and evaluation to continuously improve engagement, awareness, income generation and service promotion.

You will play a key role in promoting our mission, engaging stakeholders, and driving audience growth.

With a keen focus on creative production, you will help ensure our messaging reaches and resonates with both existing supporters and new audiences across various digital platforms.

The ideal candidate isa strong communicatorskilled in digital marketing and content creation with a passion for storytelling and connecting with diverse audiences.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised and has a proactive approach to enhancing our visibility and impact.

We are able to offer hybrid working after the completion of an initial training and induction period which will be completed at our Hospice in Cambridge.

The closing date for this post is 30th August and interviews will be held on 10th September .

Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and needs to be pro-rata’d for part time posts.
