Arthur Mellows Village College Mathematics Department is looking for a new Second in Department who has a passion for Mathematics along with the skills and dedication to enable all students to achieve their potential. This is an opportunity to join a thriving school and grow as a leader in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • A highly effective, inspirational teacher, who is able to deliver Mathematics across the ability range at KS3, KS4 and KS5.
  • Able to support the professional development of colleagues and lead by example.
  • Responsible for coordinating a Key Stage (KS dependent on experience).
  • Joining a strong, successful, friendly Department who excel in supporting students achieve their potential, across all ability ranges.
  • Working with students who enjoy Mathematics, are well behaved and keen to learn.

We are situated in a village location on the edge of Peterborough, with good transport links to London, the A1 and Stamford. If you are looking to relocate, the local villages and Peterborough itself have a good range of housing.
