We are looking for a personable and dedicated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/Fee Earner to join our busy residential conveyancing department. In this role, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers and remortgages. In this fee earning role, you will work closely with our excellent support staff, to guide clients through all aspects of the transaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
  • Provide clear, timely advice to clients on legal procedures, documentation, and potential issues
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with estate agents to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Review property searches, undertake land registry title checks, and undertake due diligence to ensure legal compliance
  • Keep clients informed of progress and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high service standards
  • Maintain meticulous case records and ensure all files are compliant with regulatory requirements
