You’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the renewal and implementation of clients onto our cutting-edge Gallagher Guide benefits platform, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.How you'll make an impactAs a Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our client delivery process. Collaborating with consultants and clients to define project objectives and requirements.Building and maintaining detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.Taking ownership of the project process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.Efficiently allocating resources to ensure effective project delivery.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Acting as the main point of contact for scheme implementation enquiries.Leading Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds, including planning, task updates, and post-implementation reviews.Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines.A recognised Project Management qualification.Demonstrable project management experience; within the UK Employee Benefits or broader Financial Services industries.
