OverviewWe're looking for an experienced Solicitor to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Solicitor with strong defendant litigation experience who is looking to further develop their technical expertise and play a key role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients. How you'll make an impactManage a caseload of litigated EL/PL claims from issue through to trial, including complex fast and multi-track matters. Assess liability, quantum and litigation risk, providing strategic advice and reserving recommendations to clients. Draft and review legal documentation, instruct counsel and experts, and develop effective defence strategies. Apply the Civil Procedure Rules, relevant legislation and case law to ensure robust claims handling. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, client service level agreements, KPIs and financial procedures. About YouQualified Solicitor with experience handling defendant EL/PL litigation matters. Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation, Civil Procedure Rules and relevant case law. Proven experience managing a litigated caseload independently, including multi-track and complex claims.
