You will manage client relationships, shape benefit design, and drive new service opportunities within Gallaghers Client Technology team. You’ll deliver top-tier advice, oversee deliverables, and stay ahead of trends and legislation. Responsibilities
- Lead Client Relationships for Gallagher Guide clients with expert advice on flexible benefits design and ongoing management
- Drive New Business by identifying opportunities, pitching, and delivering new propositions
- Deliver Excellence by overseeing reports, documents, and communications for clients
- Stay Ahead of the Curve by guiding on legislative changes and benefit trends
- Collaborate Across Teams to ensure seamless service delivery and internal alignment
- Enhance Client Systems by advising on functionality, improvements, and change requests
- Lead Post-Enrolment Reviews presenting take-up statistics and lessons learned
