How you\’ll make an impact
Business Understanding: Develop expert-level knowledge of business systems and processes to ensure seamless operations across client delivery teams.
Scheme Installations: Assist in defining governance requirements and standard components for new scheme installations to ensure efficient deployment and transition.
Client Efficiencies: Improve technology solutions for existing clients by prioritizing improvements based on business needs and impact.
MI Development: Collaborate on crafting a roadmap for MI improvements, guiding teams to use data for performance upgrades.
Team Management: Define and establish the team, encouraging effective connections within the Pension Operations and Pension Systems Department teams.
Governance: Uphold strong governance standards by providing regular reports and justifications for proposed changes.
About you
- Qualifications: APMI or EPMI is desirable but not crucial.
- Experience: Proven track record in occupational pension scheme administration and transformation initiatives.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pension administration systems is also important.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, and a champion of change with a logical approach to problem-solving.
