You'll play a key role in underwriting and managing a portfolio of commercial property owners' insurance risks. How you'll make an impactUnderwrite commercial property risks, including residential and commercial landlords, mixed occupancy properties, and high-value portfolios. Assess new business, renewals, and policy amendments, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards. Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, and take corrective action to meet growth and profitability targets. About YouYou've got experience underwriting Commercial Property Owners insurance and a strong understanding of property risks. You're skilled at analysing risk information, including property values, construction details, and claims history.
