How you'll make an impactIn this role, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of a corporate client motor recovery team. You'll work closely with the management teams to deliver exceptional client service and achieve key targets. Leading and mentoring a team of claims handlers, ensuring they meet client service level agreements and key performance indicators. Acting as the key link between claims handlers and the management teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment. Overseeing the documentation of recovery procedures and preparing for client service reviews. Monitoring team performance, providing training, and addressing any issues in a fair and timely manner. Managing high-profile or contentious cases, ensuring quality standards are met and client outcomes are optimised. Supporting financial targets by controlling the claim lifecycle and assisting with aged debt recovery. About YouExperience in motor claims handling within a legal, insurance, or claims management environment, including pre-litigated claims.
