This role offers a unique blend of client management (75%) and service delivery (25%), giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships while showcasing your expertise in flexible benefits technology.
As a key member of our team, you’ll:
- Lead Client Relationships: Act as the primary client manager for a portfolio of Gallagher Guide clients, delivering expert advice on flexible benefits scheme design and ongoing management.
- Drive New Business: Identify opportunities, attend pitches, and manage the delivery of new propositions and services to expand our client base.
- Deliver Excellence: Oversee the production of reports, documents, and communications, ensuring clients receive top-tier advice and support.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Provide guidance on legislative changes and employee benefit trends, sharing your technical knowledge with the wider team.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong relationships with internal teams, offering support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Enhance Client Systems: Advise on system functionality, suggest improvements, and manage change requests to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Lead Post-Enrolment Reviews: Present take-up statistics, survey results, and lessons learned to continuously improve our services.
