Overview
In this senior DC Director role, you will lead Gallagher’s Defined Contribution (DC) pensions practice and oversee some of our largest clients. You will shape DC strategy, conduct industry-leading research, and drive technological enhancements to improve delivery. You’ll also lead marketing, public relations, and business development, contributing to the leadership team and the future of pensions consulting. This role offers collaboration with a global reach and local impact, with autonomy and ongoing development in a flexible, supportive environment.

Responsibilities
- Shape Gallagher’s DC strategy and direction
- Lead major DC client engagements (master trusts, collective DC schemes, single-employer trusts, sponsors, IGCs, pension providers)
- Conduct industry-leading research and apply insights to practice
- Enhance technology to improve workflows and outcomes
- Lead marketing, public relations, and business development efforts
- Contribute to the leadership team and drive the success of the DC practice
Key requirements
- 8–15 years of experience with DC pensions clients
- Strong technical knowledge with a strategic mindset
