You will build dashboards, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and advance predictive analytics to drive data-driven decisions. Responsibilities

  • Oversee collection, organisation, and maintenance of casualty-related data
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
  • Analyse casualty data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide actionable insights to support underwriting, claims, and risk management
  • Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, and brokers
  • Support development of predictive models and advanced analytics initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve efficiency
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging data-management technologies

Key requirements

  • Proven experience in data management, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or similar
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Understanding of casualty insurance products
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills to present complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR)
