We are looking for a Business Development Director to generate new business opportunities and revenue within our Change & Transformation practice.
This is a strategic, high-value sales role focused on engaging senior stakeholders and positioning Gallagher as a trusted partner on large-scale transformation programmes.
How you'll make an impact Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the Change & Transformation space Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline targeting large corporate clients Engage with senior stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Transformation and Change Directors) on complex transformation initiatives Lead discovery sessions and strategic discussions to understand client challenges and position tailored solutions Develop and deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations at board level Represent Gallagher at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities Collaborate with internal consulting and delivery teams to shape propositions and ensure successful client handovers About You Proven track record in new business sales within transformation, change, or consulting environments Experience selling into senior stakeholders, with the ability to influence and engage at C-suite level Strong understanding of large-scale business transformation programmes and associated challenges Background in transformation consulting, change consulting, or strategic advisory firms is highly desirable Commercially astute, with a proactive and results-driven approach Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and build a market presence from the ground up Experience using CRM and sales tools (e. g.
