How youâll make an impact:
- Drive the development and execution of the Early Careers strategy, managing partnerships and policies across global business areas.
- Customise training content and requirements to meet the specific needs of each business function, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes by collaborating with managers to identify and address training gaps.
- Develop budgets based on training requirements and provide justification for funding.
- Utilise a variety of training methods, including workshops, role play, and online courses, to accommodate different learning styles.
- Create comprehensive training materials, such as manuals and multimedia aids, to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and effective learning solutions in line with business needs.
