Overview
As Team Lead, you manage a small team of pensions systems analysts to deliver high-quality automation and transformation projects. You work to implement efficient pensions systems and stay aligned with governance and audit requirements. You collaborate with experts across the Gallagher Centre of Excellence and other teams to drive timely, accurate solutions. This fully remote role offers leadership across global delivery and meaningful impact in the pensions domain. You shape how clients automate and optimize pension processes, contributing to a modern, compliant pensions environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team of pensions systems analysts to deliver projects on time and to high standards
- Guide implementation of innovative solutions and ensure they meet best practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements
- Oversee requests such as Government Dashboard Automation and GMP equalisation (GMPe), plus updates to scheme calculations and documentation
- Collaborate with the Gallagher Centre of Excellence in Pune, India
- Test and implement system and process enhancements
- Perform peer reviews to ensure quality and accuracy
- Stay updated on pensions legislation and system functionality
Key requirements
- Technical pensions experience with calculations and understanding of DB or DC pension rules
- Experience at Principal or Team Leader level within third-party administration
- Expert knowledge of pensions legislation, including Government Dashboard and Minimum Pension Age changes
- GMPE (Guaranteed Minimum Pension Equalisation) experience is a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven team management and project delivery under tight deadlines
- MS Office (Word/Excel) proficiency and excellent communication skills
- SQL, VB, or XML experience is a bonus
