Responsibilities
- Analyse markets and clients to uncover opportunities and provide actionable insights
- Support client engagements with clear, concise presentations and research materials
- Take ownership of workstreams and ensure high-quality, timely delivery
- Collaborate across teams and engage with senior executives
- Develop research content translating complex information into compelling reports and presentations
- Manage projects by staying organised and coordinating stakeholders

Key requirements
- Proven experience in a strategic, analytical, or research-focused role
- Progress towards professional credentials (e.g., CFA, ACII, actuarial qualifications)
- Familiarity with research tools like AlphaSense, S&P Capital IQ, or Bloomberg
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Organised and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proactive and curious mindset with interest in (re)insurance
