As a Regulatory Assurance Officer (on a 12mth FTC), you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business meets the highest standards of compliance and regulatory excellence. In this role, you’ll help ensure our business units meet their compliance responsibilities. You’ll lead and support regular and themed compliance reviews, providing practical recommendations to resolve any issues. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to develop and maintain a strong compliance culture, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.

Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Conducting risk‑based monitoring reviews to assess compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Supporting the completion of the Regulatory Assurance Plan.
  • Reviewing key business processes to ensure they meet FCA and internal requirements.
  • Producing clear and accurate reports, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
  • Staying up to date with industry knowledge to maintain high competency levels.
