Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Servicing Support Advocate to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee premium, claims, and treaty financials, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues quickly. You’ll also play a key part in supporting technical operations and collaborating with teams across the globe.

How you'll make an impact

  • Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate financial accounting for premiums, claims, and treaties. Monitor payments, settlements, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams in London, India, and other regions to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes.
  • Technical Servicing Support: Help with account setup, premium processing, adjustments, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Support: Ensure trading partners meet sanctions and licensing requirements. Monitor compliance and elevate issues when needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve processes, support automation, and test new systems.

About You

  • You’ve got experience in reinsurance or facultative (FAC) knowledge.
  • You’re skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • You understand reinsurance regulations, MRC standards, and Bureau processes.
  • You’re a great communicator and work well with others.
  • You’re eligible to work in the UK.
