Lead, Inspire, and Make an Impact – Join Gallagher as a Team Leader! We’re rapidly growing our team and searching for an experienced Team Leader to join our Brierley Hill Office. This is an outstanding opportunity to take your career to the next level by leading and nurturing a team of Commercial Account Handlers. How you'll make an impact:

  • Lead with Purpose: Manage a team of Commercial Account Handlers, helping them provide tailored insurance solutions to small business owners.
  • Coach and Mentor: Conduct regular one‑to‑one and team meetings to offer guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Drive Performance: Use data to monitor progress, set goals, and ensure the team meets financial targets.
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct audits to maintain high standards and compliance.
  • Empower Your Team: Share your expertise and knowledge of products and policies to help your team succeed.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work in a friendly, agile environment where teamwork and innovation are key.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous experience within a similar role.
  • Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience mentoring and supporting a team.
  • Goal‑Oriented: A motivated attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
  • Data‑Driven: Strong skills in utilising data to monitor performance and drive success.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
