Are you ready to start your career in casualty claims management? WK Webster (Gallagher Bassett company) are looking for a Trainee Case Handler to join our team. You’ll work on some of the most high‑profile shipping cases, including salvage, general average, and recovery. This is your chance to gain hands‑on experience, receive full training, and grow into a case handler role.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Preparing and issuing invoices and reports for clients.
  • Managing claims and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Liaising with lawyers when litigation is needed.
  • Using our in‑house systems to track and manage cases.

About You:

  • A legal background or degree is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence using MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work well on your own and as part of a team.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to stay focused in a busy environment.
