At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Real Estate Claims Executive to join our UK Retail Claims team. This is a flexible role where you’ll work closely with clients to provide expert advice and support during the claims process. You’ll be part of a collaborative and service-minded team, united by a commitment to excellence and integrity.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for clients, offering guidance on complex claims and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. You’ll manage claims from start to finish, liaising with insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.
You’ll also lead tailored claims reviews, provide technical advice, and challenge insurer decisions when necessary. By building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, you’ll help us deliver exceptional customer service and ensure our clients feel valued and protected.
