Join our Claims Quality Assurance team and help us ensure our claims processes are efficient, compliant, and risk‑free. You’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise in claims and auditing will make a real difference. This is a part‑time (28 hours per week) role, where you will help design and deliver quality assurance programmes to ensure our claims processes meet all regulatory and contractual requirements. You’ll use your claims experience to identify risks, provide feedback, and spot trends during audits. By reviewing files and working with offshore auditors, you’ll ensure accuracy and consistency in our processes. You’ll also maintain data systems, prepare reports, and share insights to drive improvements. Your work will help us protect our clients and maintain our high standards.

You’ll also:

  • Collaborate with teams across the business to build strong relationships.
  • Support projects that drive positive change and consistency.
  • Highlight all risks and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all Gallagher Bassett procedures.

You’ve got experience in insurance claims, ideally across multiple products, and a good understanding of quality assurance or internal audit principles. You’re confident in analysing data, drawing conclusions, and suggesting improvements. You’re a clear communicator who can work with people at all levels and build strong relationships. You’re organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently. You’re also eligible to work in the UK.

You’ll also bring:

  • GCSEs or equivalent qualifications and ideally be working towards CII/Dip CII.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel.
  • Knowledge of compliance practices and a commitment to ethics and integrity.
  • Audit experience (desirable).
  • Experience in working within claims.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
