As the Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of talent across a variety of Bermuda businesses. In this role, you will be a trusted strategic partner, developing role‑specific talent strategies, tailored search strategies to effectively source, attract and present qualified high‑calibre candidates. You will be required to present data, discuss market conditions and support our broader talent strategies. This role requires expertise in end‑to‑end recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, client relationship management, and a strong ability to source and place top‑tier talent in both local and international markets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment excellence for Frontier and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Placements to understand client requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including CV reviews, interviews, and background checks.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, bringing value as a trusted advisor and business partner, and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, understanding their career objectives and goals, and ensuring a steady pipeline of talent that can be engaged as opportunities are identified that align with candidate abilities.
- Take initiative to independently troubleshoot role‑specific challenges with your clients and stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate market conditions and skillfully demonstrate professional pushback.
- Establish rapport with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR consultancy.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Placements on recruitment activities and outcomes.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
- Preference will be given to applicants with direct Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment experience.
- At least three years’ relevant recruitment experience in financial services and accounting, with a strong understanding of its unique recruitment needs.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, recruiting and placing candidates from entry level through to executive positions.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies (i.e. ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Proven ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and optimize recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent promotion, effectively showcasing job opportunities, and organizational culture to attract diverse candidates.
- Exceptional networking, with the ability to promote the organisation and build lasting professional relationships.
- Ability to analyse and understand the unique requirements of various roles ensuring a deep understanding of the job functions, skills and alignment with organizational values.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering meaningful connections with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively work in a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of success and mutual support.
- Technical proficiency and ability to adapt and embrace new technologies.
- General understanding of Bermuda and Cayman Immigration policies would be an advantage.
