Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Associate – Training to play a key role in strengthening operational excellence across our Specialty business. This is an exciting opportunity to design and deliver impactful training that supports regulatory compliance, risk management, and business transformation. You will be responsible for coordinating, creating, and delivering high‑quality training that enhances understanding of operational controls, regulatory requirements, and policy updates. You’ll also support onboarding and major change initiatives, including system rollouts, by ensuring colleagues are equipped with the knowledge they need to succeed.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Manage and maintain a structured training calendar across the Specialty business
- Design and deliver engaging training on operational controls, risk management, and regulatory requirements
- Support onboarding by developing effective induction programmes and learning pathways
- Drive consistency in training approach, content, and delivery across business units
- Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify and address training needs
- Support rollout of key change initiatives, including new systems and platforms
- Maintain accurate training records and monitor completion and engagement
- Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery
- Promote awareness of key policies, controls, and regulatory expectations
About you:
- Experience delivering or coordinating training within an operational, risk, compliance, or insurance environment
- Strong understanding of operational controls, regulatory frameworks, and policy governance
- Confident presenting complex information in a clear, engaging way
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Desirable:
- Experience in insurance, broking, or underwriting environments
- Experience supporting onboarding, change programmes, or system rollouts
- Relevant professional qualifications (insurance, risk, or L&D)
