At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Gallagher Benefit Services – our HR and Consulting division. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns using online and offline channels, events, PR, trade publications, thought leadership, and advertising.
- Create and distribute engaging content via email, social media, SEO, brochures and events, while maintaining all supporting collateral.
- Analyse campaign performance against KPIs/ROI, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging.
- Provide updates on marketing trends and competitive strategies, fostering continuous learning and innovation.
- Organise and attend internal, client and external events, while leading digital campaigns and projects like website refreshes.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive successful outcomes and enhance collaboration.
- Control creative outputs to ensure brand cohesion and strengthen positioning in the employee benefits and wealth management markets.
About You
- A background in marketing with experience in B2B campaigns, ideally in financial services, employee benefits or a creative‑communications agency.
- The ability to create engaging content for digital and offline platforms, including emails, social media, and events.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and other CRM systems.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for working with teams to achieve shared goals.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- A commitment to ethical practices and a service‑oriented approach.
- A knack for explaining complex ideas in simple, clear terms.
