Overview

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Business Development Team Leader to join our dynamic Direct Healthcare team in Lytham. In this role, you’ll lead a talented group of consultants, delivering outstanding client service, expert advice, and driving exciting new business opportunities.   • Uncover and develop exciting new business opportunities, including cross-selling additional services to meet client needs.
  • Champion innovation by streamlining processes, boosting efficiency, and driving outstanding client outcomes.

About You

In terms of experience, you’ll be able to bring a solid background in healthcare, medical insurance, or financial services, with valuable experience in a similar team leadership role. As a confident and inspiring leader, you excel at coaching, motivating, and developing teams to achieve their best. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, thrive under pressure, able to manage multiple tasks and can meet tight deadlines with ease. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike, and you’ll also be deeply committed to delivering fair and outstanding service to every customer.
