Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Servicing Support Advocate to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee premium, claims, and treaty financials, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues quickly. You’ll also play a key part in supporting technical operations and collaborating with teams across the globe.
How you'll make an impact
- Accounting Oversight: Ensure accurate financial accounting for premiums, claims, and treaties. Monitor payments, settlements, and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams in London, India, and other regions to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes.
- Technical Servicing Support: Help with account setup, premium processing, adjustments, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Compliance & Regulatory Support: Ensure trading partners meet sanctions and licensing requirements. Monitor compliance and elevate issues when needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve processes, support automation, and test new systems.
About You
You’ve got experience in reinsurance or facultative (FAC) knowledge. You’re skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You understand reinsurance regulations, MRC standards, and Bureau processes. You’re a great communicator and work well with others. You’re eligible to work in the UK.
