We’re looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead the financial integration of newly acquired businesses. This is a senior role where you’ll work closely with teams across finance, operations, legal, tax, and integration. You’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth transitions, aligning processes, and driving financial performance. This role is UK-based and will involve international travel.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Lead the financial integration of the newly acquired business, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with our global finance framework.
  • Partner with leadership to provide insights on revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Track acquisition performance, ensuring financial goals and synergy targets are met.
  • Simplify, standardise, and automate finance processes across the newly acquired business.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and mentor finance teams.

About you

  • You’re a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post‑qualification experience in financial integration, M&A, or complex finance roles.
  • You’ve got strong technical accounting knowledge and can confidently partner with senior stakeholders.
  • You’re commercially minded, pragmatic, and delivery‑focused.
  • You’re comfortable working across cultures, time zones, and jurisdictions.
  • Experience in Marine, Specialty Insurance, or Financial Services is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
