Overview: At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Senior Compliance Business Partner to join our team. How you'll make an impact: In this role, you’ll be a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping them balance commercial opportunities with compliance risks. You’ll provide expert guidance on regulatory matters, ensuring our policies and practices align with the latest standards. By leading compliance projects and monitoring regulatory changes, you’ll play a key role in embedding professional standards across the organisation. You’ll also lead and develop a talented team, mentoring and coaching them to achieve their best. Whether it’s delivering training, preparing governance reports, or supporting mergers and acquisitions, your work will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and integrity.
