We are seeking a dynamic and innovative, commercially focused professional to drive Gallagher's growth through content creation, pipeline generation and strategic collaboration. This role will focus on leveraging all platforms to build proposition awareness, generate leads, and foster meaningful relationships with key technology partners and industry communities. The ideal candidate will also represent Gallagher’s core product set at key industry events, create compelling client‑facing collateral, and facilitate workshops and roundtables to strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and implement a forward‑thinking social media strategy to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong and engaging social media presence across platforms that resonate with our diverse audiences.

Thought Leadership

  • Position Gallagher as a trusted authority in employee experience, organisational performance, and people strategies through impactful thought leadership.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a strong emphasis on engagement and lead generation.
  • Proven expertise in designing and managing impactful social media campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Strong content creation abilities, including exceptional writing, storytelling, and visual content development skills.
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Gallagher and speak about our core solutions at industry events and client meetings.
  • Experience in developing engaging client‑facing materials and facilitating workshops, roundtables, or collaborative discussions.
  • A proven ability to build and nurture relationships with partners, clients, and industry thought leaders.
  • A strategic mindset with a data‑driven approach to analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Compensation and benefits

  • Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
