Join our in house law firm - Caytons, as a Partner, where you'll manage a diverse caseload.

How you'll make an impact

In this role, you'll handle a variety of professional indemnity cases, both pre‐action and in litigation. You'll collaborate with insurers, insureds, and other key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively.

Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of professional indemnity matters, including pre‐action and litigation cases.
  • Engaging directly with insurers, insureds, experts, and counsel.
  • Managing reserves and financials for each case.
  • Preparing detailed reports for insurers and insureds.
  • Undertaking secondments as agreed by the firm.

About You

You're a qualified solicitor with experience in professional indemnity matters as a panel solicitor. You can manage client relationships professionally and work independently when needed. You're a team player who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment. Eligible to work in the UK.
