How you'll make an impact
In this role, you'll handle a variety of professional indemnity cases, both pre‐action and in litigation. You'll collaborate with insurers, insureds, and other key stakeholders to ensure cases are managed effectively.
Your day‐to‐day responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of professional indemnity matters, including pre‐action and litigation cases.
- Engaging directly with insurers, insureds, experts, and counsel.
- Managing reserves and financials for each case.
- Preparing detailed reports for insurers and insureds.
- Undertaking secondments as agreed by the firm.
About You
You're a qualified solicitor with experience in professional indemnity matters as a panel solicitor. You can manage client relationships professionally and work independently when needed. You're a team player who is ready to contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment. Eligible to work in the UK.
