Join us as a Broking Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. Youâll help integrate newly acquired companies into our structure, ensuring great outcomes for customers and identifying new revenue opportunities. In this role, youâll help integrate new businesses into our company, ensuring they align with our placement strategy and insurer partnerships. Youâll track data, support best practices, and educate new team members on our processes. By working closely with insurers and internal teams, youâll identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve products, and deliver excellent solutions for our clients. Youâll also build strong relationships with insurers, monitor their performance, and help shape our broking strategy.
Youâre analytical, collaborative, and ready to make a difference. Youâve got experience in broking or insurance placement and a good understanding of the UK insurance market. Youâre confident working with data, building relationships, and presenting to senior stakeholders. Youâre also working towards or already hold a Cert CII qualification.
