Join us as a Broking Manager and play a key role in shaping the future of our business. You’ll help integrate newly acquired companies into our structure, ensuring great outcomes for customers and identifying new revenue opportunities. This is your chance to work with multiple teams, develop your skills, and make a real impact.

In this role, you’ll help integrate new businesses into our company, ensuring they align with our placement strategy and insurer partnerships. You’ll track data, support best practices, and educate new team members on our processes. By working closely with insurers and internal teams, you’ll identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve products, and deliver excellent solutions for our clients. You’ll also build strong relationships with insurers, monitor their performance, and help shape our broking strategy.

You’re analytical, collaborative, and ready to make a difference. You’ve got experience in broking or insurance placement and a good understanding of the UK insurance market. You’re confident working with data, building relationships, and presenting to senior stakeholders. You’re also working towards or already hold a Cert CII qualification.
