We’re looking for an Investment Consultant to join our growing Investment Portfolio Solutions team. Our team of 25+ finance professionals provides innovative investment advice to a wide range of global investors, including charities, wealth managers, local authorities, insurers, and sovereign wealth funds. This role offers variety and responsibility. You’ll work across strategic asset allocation, fund selection, sustainable investment, and risk management. You’ll also collaborate with specialists in modelling, manager research, and reporting to deliver high-quality advice.
How you'll make an impact
- Provide tailored investment advice to large global investors.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality recommendations on asset allocation, fund selection, and risk management.
- Work closely with specialists to ensure advice is robust and comprehensive.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor.
- Support sustainable investment practices and integrate them into client strategies.
- Mentor and support colleagues to help them grow their investment knowledge.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.
About You
- Have around 3–5+ years of experience as an investment professional.
- Are passionate about finance, capital markets, and asset allocation principles.
- Understand sustainable investment practices and their importance.
- Take initiative and enjoy getting things done.
- Are keen to help others develop and grow their skills.
- Are confident using Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Have an interest in business development and building client relationships.
Compensation and benefits
- Minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to ‘buy’ extra days.
