We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our Programmes Team in London! You'll play a key role in supporting our Producers and Brokers, managing a high-profile portfolio of Binders, Programmes, and Lloyd's Consortium accounts. You'll work with Property & Casualty (including US programmes) and other treaty reinsurance structures. This is a fantastic opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and reinsurers, ensuring excellent service delivery.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth placement, servicing, and settlement processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and reinsurers.
  • Handle premium and claims processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Coordinate reinsurer audits and monthly calls to review programme results.
  • Support brokers with market research, compliance checks, and renewal processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.

About You:

  • You will have a sound knowledge of reinsurance or binders.
  • You're organised, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You've got excellent communication skills and can work with people at all levels.
  • You're confident with numbers and have strong IT skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You've got experience in client service, compliance, and working with Binder or US Programme business.
  • You're proactive, flexible, and always looking for ways to improve processes.
