About You:
- Experience: Previous experience within a similar role.
- Qualifications: Cert CII qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience mentoring and supporting a team.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire.
- Data-Driven: Strong skills in utilising data to monitor performance and drive success.
