Overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our Retail Operations Division. This role is to provide an enhanced support function to newly acquired businesses as they migrate onto the Gallagher Acturis entity. This is key to implementing a hypercare strategy ensuring a smooth transition from their existing platform. The role will include visiting the sites at go live to update any configuration issues identified at go live, support the new super users in answering queries and escalating any queries to Acturis as needed. Post go live this role will act as a dedicated support function, with enhanced SLAs in place to resolve any post‑migration issues and attend sites again to support with queries if needed. Our team are based across the UK so this is a home based role, travel will be required and you will be expected to visit offices when go live is happening.
How you'll make an impact
- Go Live Support: Provide onsite go live support for businesses as they transition to the Gallagher Acturis entity. Support day 1 configuration amendments as needed.
- Hypercare: Be Acturis point of contact during hypercare phase. Support onsite superusers in gaining knowledge required to support day to day queries moving forwards.
- AJG Process Knowledge: Understand how Acturis is used in line with Gallagher standard operating processes. Ensure advice given to users aligns with standard operating processes.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of enhanced helpdesk support processes, methodologies, and outcomes. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
About You
- Proven experience in Acturis helpdesk support or as a Acturis super user.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Expertise: Understanding of Acturis and support processes.
- Time Management: Ability to engage on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Aptitude for identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
