The introduction of new vehicles to the market has brought unique challenges, necessitating the creation of this position to ensure seamless operations and efficient solutions in an ever‑evolving automotive landscape. Based in our Ipswich office, this is a brand‑new role for someone who knows parts, understands the repair journey, and enjoys seeing a job through from start to finish.
You’ll take ownership of complex cases that don’t follow the usual process, finding smarter solutions, keeping customers informed, and making real decisions that impact both cost and customer outcomes. A car isn’t just a car, it keeps people moving. When it’s off the road, life can feel on hold. You’ll play a key role in getting things back on track and delivering a smooth experience with genuine job satisfaction along the way.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Take ownership of parts delays, proactively driving solutions to keep repairs progressing
- Keep customers and clients informed with clear, timely communication throughout
- Track orders, timelines and availability, maintaining accurate records
- Explore alternative sourcing options when standard supply routes fail
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, dealers and repairers
- Assess repair viability, balancing repair costs, timelines and total spend
- Identify trends, risks and smarter ways to improve outcomes
About You:
- Background in a motor trade, dealership, parts or bodyshop environment
- Good understanding of parts ordering and repair processes
- Confident communicator with a customer‑first approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
