Gallagher, we’re looking for an Insurance International Benefits Analyst to join our team and make a meaningful impact on multinational organisations. In this role, you’ll support client projects of moderate to high complexity, focusing on multinational employee benefits. From statutory and customary local benefits to international health and welfare plans, retirement schemes, and HR-related matters, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering tailored solutions.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and reporting to support client projects.
  • Create deliverables such as renewal reports, benchmarking analyses, compliance audits, and global broker RFPs.
  • Collaborate with client service teams and local partners to design and implement benefit plans.
  • Provide ongoing project management support, including client communication and vendor coordination.
  • Address complex client needs, including benefit harmonisation, mergers and acquisitions, and total rewards management.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

About you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in an insurance international benefits or analytical roles.
  • Advanced English Level (B2 conversational).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong research abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in client account management and a background in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of global employee benefits and specialised expertise in a global region (EMEA, Asia/Pacific, or Latin America) is a plus.
