As an HR Operations Manager, you’ll lead and support a team that ensures our HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with the HR Director and other stakeholders to align HR operations with our business goals, making a real difference every day.
In this role, you’ll oversee the core HR Operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience. You’ll manage payroll processes, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and provide guidance on employment terms and benefits. You’ll also play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, supporting change management initiatives, and ensuring policies are up to date with current legislation.
Here’s what else you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships across the organisation to support employees and managers.
- Manage a small team of HR Ops Advisors.
- Respond to HR queries/tickets and provide clear, reliable advice.
- Collaborate on projects that align the workforce with organisational goals.
- Ensure all HR matters comply with legal and company standards.
About You:
- Proficiency in using computer systems and managing workloads effectively.
- Experience in HR Operations, including supporting managers through change.
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly, whether in writing or in person.
- Adaptability and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification is a nice to have.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
