Overview

We’re looking for an Equity Research Analyst to join our team and play a key role in shaping our equity research framework. If you’re curious, detail-oriented, and excited about making an impact in the world of investments, we’d love to hear from you.

How you'll make an impact

• Research equity strategies and fund managers.
• Conduct detailed qualitative and quantitative due diligence.
• Organise and analyse investment data with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor fund managers and share clear investment insights.
• Contribute to portfolio discussions and client projects, such as manager selection and portfolio reviews.
• Help shape Gallagher’s equity research framework and house views.

About You

• A recent graduate, preferably in a numerate subject, or an early career Equity Research Analyst looking to take the next step in their career.
• Is numerate and detail-oriented (A-level maths or similar is ideal).
• Takes initiative and feels confident sharing their views.
• Thrives in a busy environment and produces high-quality work, even under deadlines.
• Has strong Excel skills and experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Communicates complex ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
• Is well-organised and efficient.
