Join Gallagher as a Social Media Coordinator and have the opportunity to play a key role in shaping our online presence and connect with audiences across the globe. In this role, you’ll support our Global Social Media Team in managing social media content across multiple global brands. You’ll help ensure our social media channels are engaging, compliant, and aligned with our values.
You’ll help manage and optimise content across multiple platforms, ensuring our social channels stay active, engaging, and relevant. From scheduling posts to organising our media library, you’ll play a key part in keeping our social media strategy running smoothly. You’ll also monitor mentions, keywords, and competitor activity, escalating issues when needed, and sharing insights to improve our approach.
Here’s what you’ll be working on:
- Build dashboards to measure content performance and share best practices.
- Respond to messages, comments, and mentions in our social media inbox.
- Support teams with access to profiles and campaigns, ensuring compliance.
- Stay updated on new platform features and test product updates.
About You:
- Experience with social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, X, and Reddit.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and Microsoft Office.
- A knack for clear and effective communication, building strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
- The ability to plan and organise your work to meet goals and deadlines.
- A flexible and forward-thinking approach to change and new challenges.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- Right to work in the UK.
