Overview

Join Gallagher Re, a global leader in reinsurance, as a Marketing Executive.

Based in Glasgow with a hybrid working model, you’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that supports our reinsurance business.

This is a varied role where you’ll gain experience across all areas of marketing, from events and social media to campaigns and analytics.

• How you'll make an impact
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media activities.
• Help create brochures, reports, and other marketing materials.
• Work with subject matter experts to coordinate thought leadership content.
• Analyse marketing performance data to improve campaigns.
• Collaborate with design, PR, and business teams to deliver impactful projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with confidencex.

About You

• You’ve got experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, insurance, or consulting.
• You’re comfortable working across different marketing channels like social media, events, and email campaigns.
• You’re organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• You enjoy working with others and building strong relationships with internal teams.
• You’re curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in regulated industries like financial services or insurance.
• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Workfront, or marketing automation platforms (e. g., Hub Spot, Marketo).
• Knowledge of analytics tools
• Evidence of leading small projects or taking initiative.
