Are you ready to take the next step in your career in finance? At Arthur J. Gallagher, we’re looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive finance Analyst to join our Insurer Accounts Department. This is your chance to make a real impact by ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurer account management while collaborating with a dynamic team. As an Insurer Accounts & Business Relations Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of financial operations, directly influencing our reputation and relationships with insurers. You’ll also oversee and support processes managed by our offshore GCoE team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and continuous improvement.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Reconciling and settling insurer transactions, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Analyzing data to provide advice and support to overseas Account Handlers.
- Collaborating with AJG branches and insurers to address transaction issues.
- Conducting monthly reconciliations of statements and accounting systems.
- Managing mailboxes efficiently to ensure timely responses and actions.
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to team projects.
- Ensuring compliance with AJG policies, procedures, and external regulations.
About You:
Experience: At least six months in financial services or finance experience in a large complex business.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads under strict deadlines.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Eligibility Requirements: You must have the right to work in the UK.
