Are you a fluent Spanish speaker and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role with one of the world’s leading insurance brokers? Gallagher is looking for a talented individual to be trained as Credit Control Analyst and make a real impact. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts across industries such as Marine, Art & Specie, Energy, Construction, Financial Risks, and Property & Casualty. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial processes and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
How you'll make an impact:
- Investigate unallocated cash by working closely with brokers and clients.
- Chase outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Manage high volumes of queries and resolve urgent issues efficiently.
- Provide detailed commentary on aged debt reports and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform root cause analysis to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Reconcile client statements and ensure compliance with Gallagher’s policies and regulations.
About You:
- Fluent Spanish speaker.
- Ideally with experience in finance, either in credit control, purchase ledger, cash allocations, or accounts receivables (not essential).
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve root causes.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, accountability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
